Uluwatu Cliffs by Helicopter - Dramatic Aerial Perspectives
The Uluwatu cliffs are among Bali most dramatic natural features, and a helicopter gives you the only way to truly appreciate their scale.
The Uluwatu coastline is a series of towering limestone cliffs rising 70 meters above the Indian Ocean. From a helicopter, you can trace the entire cliff line from Padang Padang beach all the way to the temple at the tip of the peninsula.
Below the cliffs, you can spot world-famous surf breaks including Uluwatu, Padang Padang, Impossibles, and Bingin. The wave patterns and reef formations are clearly visible from the air, creating beautiful natural patterns.
The Uluwatu Temple itself sits at the very edge of the cliff, and from the air you can see its full layout including the temple grounds and the natural amphitheater where the Kecak dance is performed at sunset.
